Ronald G. Lucas has been primarily responsible for project management, architectural services, and construction administration.
Mr. Lucas has more than thirty-five years of experience in the areas of Architecture, general contracting and construction management. For eleven years, he served as General Manager for Burling Builders, Inc., a construction firm. There he was responsible for the construction or rehabilitation of 2,100 residential units and 100,000 square feet of commercial projects. During his tenure, annual sales volume increased from $500,000 to more than $10 million. He has worked as an architect with the U. S. Department of Urban Development where he served as the principal contact with public and private groups in the development and construction of multi-family housing. Mr. Lucas was previously employed with Caudill Rowelett Scott Design Associates in the area of construction management and the 3M Company as an architect.
Mr. Lucas is a registered architect in the State of Illinois. He has participated in a number of professional organizations including the National Organization of Minority Architects and the National Historic Society.
Mr. Lucas has a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree in Architecture and Urban Design from University of Kansas and a Master of Science degree in Man-Environment Relations / Architecture from Pennsylvania State University.
